About the Internship program:
An internship at Brickman offers students an excellent overview of the commercial landscaping and turf maintenance industry. Brickman also has fantastic co-op opportunities in over 100 locations serving 23 states. Most of our internships are based in a commercial maintenance branch. Over the course of your internship, you will rotate through different positions within the branch to learn about how mow, detail, and installation crews run, what a Superintendent's responsibilities include in running multiple crews, as well as estimating and the sales process.
In some parts of the country, Brickman offers internships in specialty areas, such as landscape construction, irrigation, tree care, horticulture and business management. All internships are paid, and in some areas we offer a housing allowance, for an apartment that may be shared with other interns. Uniforms are also provided.
Our goal is to hire successful interns full-time after graduation. Some of our best long-term employees started their careers with us as interns. Come join an industry leader for the summer and stay for a career!
