Maryland Day was a hit!

MD Day visitor makes the fearless choice of petting a Bess Bug

  Maryland Day was a hit! A big thanks to all the wonderful students, faculty and staff volunteers that made Maryland Day a great experience for visitors. 

  Our IAA Maryland Day displays featured a Bess Bug gladiator competition, petting of Bess Bugs, a fearless plant display, and giving away oak tree varieties and eastern redbuds. Vistors were encouraged to pet the Bess Bugs, ask questions about the fearless plants and take more than one tree. Big thanks to Ken's INAG 224 class for growing the trees for Maryland Day!
