    Some courses at the IAA qualify you to take the Maryland Department of Agriculture's certification exam for pesticide application. Many courses are transferrable to other institutions including University of Maryland University College where students can earn a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies. The IAA provides career resources and internship placement services. Many companies recruit employees from the IAA.
