This panel presentation highlights two local organizations that support budding food entrepreneurs through incubator kitchens. Union Kitchen in Washington, DC offers an exciting Food Accelerator program to scale businesses for success, and the new Takoma Park Silver Spring Community Kitchen is geared toward providing critical resources to small-scale, low-income producers. They will share their respective missions, different models, and solutions to key food system issues.
