Nicole Fiorellino holds a PhD. in Soil and Watershed Sciences. She will explain the fundamentals of nutrient management for Maryland farms with a special focus on the development and implementation of the Phosphorus Management Tool (PMT) regulations that became effective on June 8, 2015.
