Michelle Molinaro comes to the IAA holding an M.A. in Contemporary Communications from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now Notre Dame University) and a B.A. from the same college in Criminology and Forensic Psychology with a minor in Physics. After Graduating from CND, Michelle worked for a local property management corporation before joining the IAA team.
During her first Oral Communications class in 2008, Michelle discovered her unknown passion for public speech. Her unexpected and sudden success in this class led to the Criminology’s department chair asking her to organize and perform a presentation on behalf of her department for the college’s Community Day. On this day, prospective students along with their parents visited the campus and its various workshops in order to discover what major each student may be interested in. Michelle's excitement toward public speaking led her to attend graduate school and eventually obtain her M.A. in Communications.
When not teaching, this diehard Baltimore Ravens fan enjoys family time with her husband and Great Dane, and watching football. She loves to bake but has recently discovered cooking and enjoys experimenting with new ingredients. Michelle played soccer in high school and college, and now enjoys working out at home, which has led to joining the beachbody coaching team. She wants to inspire people to be happy in their own skin. Her favorite quote is, “To dream big is a matter of choice but to reach that dream is a matter of discipline.”
